When Open Data came a callin’ in and around 2008, Keith answered with a cheery: “Hello!” He’s been promoting Open Data and Open Government ever since. He helps lead a team of wildly enthusiastic Open Data champions to bring City of Toronto data to the toronto.ca/open web space. This includes blogging, tweeting and otherwise socializing Open Data for City of Toronto staff, other levels of government, the developer community and citizens.
Along with being an Open Data Advocate, Keith is very much an e-Vangelist and a Presentation Skills expert. He’s a published singer/songwriter and pop culture lover. A Ryerson University grad in Radio and Television Arts, Keith landed on the web as soon as it arrived, becoming a web writing specialist and teaching others how to play and get along in the Internet sandbox.
